Drugged Kadyrov's soldier shoots patient at Melitopol hospital - mayor
Locals say that many Russian soldiers take drugs, and one of them has shot a patient in the city hospital of Melitopol
The mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, said this on Espreso TV.
He noted that the local hospital remained the only one in the temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia region where civilians were treated, because all other medical facilities were captured by the Russian forces and used as hospitals.
Last week, Chechens began to come to the hospital and spend the night in the wards, disregarding sanitary regulations. Even then, locals reported a large number of soldiers under drug intoxication who did not realize what they were doing.
“But the day before yesterday, one of the Kadyrovites, who was in our hospital and was under the influence of drugs, did not like how the civilians who were in the hospital communicated with him, and he shot a patient in the face. Doctors were able to save this person's life, but such acts continue because terror is intensifying in the temporarily occupied territory,” the mayor stressed.
