Bryansk region governor calls for Kharkiv region to join Russia
Vyacheslav Gladkov, the governor of the Bryansk region, has called for the annexation of the Kharkiv region to Russia to stop the shelling of his region
Gladkov made the statement in an interview with a Russian propaganda TV channel.
According to him, in order to solve the security problem of Russia’s Bryansk region, it is necessary to annex the Kharkiv region.
"Kharkiv should be annexed to the Belgorod region. The Kharkiv region is the best way to solve the problems of shelling in the Belgorod region," Gladkov said.
He complained that the Bryansk region is actually living in a war, and in addition to the recent raid by the Russian Volunteer Corps and the Freedom of Russia Legion, five sabotage and reconnaissance groups have allegedly entered the region.
"We are living in a de facto war. Whether people like it or not, we are at war. The enemy enters, we had five subversive reconnaissance groups before the recent events in Grayvoron," said Gladkov.
