FSB and Interior Ministry buildings struck in Belgorod and region
Late in the evening of May 22, administrative buildings in Belgorod, including the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs have been struck, and there are reports of drone strikes on administrative buildings in Grayvoron and Borisovka
Russian Telegram channels reported the information.
"In Belgorod, the FSB (Federal Security Service - ed.) building was struck. Due to the counterterrorist operation regime introduced in the city, any publications without reference to official sources are now prohibited in the region," writes the Sota channel.
It later adds that the building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was also attacked.
Governor Gladkov has not yet commented on the strikes, reporting only on drone attacks on Borisovka and Grayvoron, which he blames on Ukraine:
"The Ukrainian Armed Forces shelled the village of Borisovka. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties. An explosive device was dropped from a quadcopter on one of the administrative buildings, there is no fire, the roof was broken. All services have arrived at the scene."
Later he added that in the village of Borisovka an explosive device was dropped from a UAV on an administrative building again. There were no casualties.
"In Grayvoron, two private residential buildings were attacked by unmanned aerial vehicles. The explosive devices dropped from a UAV caused them to catch fire. There were no casualties," said Gladkov about another incident in the region.

On May 22, the Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK) and Freedom of Russia Legion (LSR) announced that they had liberated the settlements of Kozinka and Gora-Podol in Russia’s Belgorod region as part of the creation of a demilitarized zone on the border with Russia, and advanced units entered Grayvoron. A counterterrorism operation was introduced in the region and nuclear munitions are being evacuated.
