Zgurets: The liberation of Crimea will take several steps
Serhiy Zgurets, Defense Express military expert group’s CEO, believes that Crimea should be cut off from Russia
He shared this opinion during an Espresso TV channel broadcast.
"Liberation of Crimea is a vital step in de-occupying our territories. It is vital for a number of reasons. But first, we must prevent Russia from using Crimea as a military hub for fueling Russian army units in the North of Ukraine," Zgurets noted.
According to him, the process of liberating Crimea can be divided into several stages.
"We should cut off the routes that allow them to transfer troops from the Russian mainland to Crimea, and then to the territory of Ukraine. We can do it with appropriate means. It is not necessary to liberate Crimea by military means. Crimea must be cut off from the Russian Federation, and this will be the first step towards de-occupation," Zgurets emphasized.
