He noted that there were different people in this group, including the pro-Russian libertarian Rand Paul, and it was crucial to work with them. According to Chalyi, Ukraine should not assume that such bipartisan and bicameral support for Ukraine will last forever. It is necessary to work with every senator and congressman seriously.
