The Atesh guerrilla movement stated this on Telegram.
Agents within the guerrilla movement among Russian servicemen report that a commission from the Russian Defense Ministry has arrived at the 1196th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the territorial forces, located in the occupied part of the Kherson region.
According to guerrillas, the visit is linked to an increase in sabotage incidents against vessels and suicide attempts among the soldiers.
These incidents undermine discipline and combat readiness within the units, and the Russian command views them as a serious threat. The Russian military is concerned that this could derail their plans for an offensive on the right bank of Kherson, according to Atesh.
- Russian military commanders refuse to send their servicemen to attack positions in the Kherson region.
