The Center for National Resistance reports.
The Russians launched a program to build and upgrade TV and radio towers in December 2024, aiming to complete it in the first half of next year.
According to the Center for National Resistance, Russia aims to maximize signal coverage in all occupied settlements to "brainwash as much of the population as possible."
Meanwhile, access to independent sources of information is being blocked.
"The Center for National Resistance urges residents of free territories to share information about the real state of affairs with their relatives and acquaintances," the statement says.
- The Russian forces are listening to private conversations in public places and on the phones of residents of the temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories to identify "disloyal" people.
