The EU may deliver 1 million rounds of ammunition to Ukraine within a year
Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna says the EU will be able to fulfill the plan to supply 1 million units of ammunition to Ukraine in 2023.
Tsahkna said this in Luxembourg at a meeting of EU foreign ministers.

Tsahkna emphasized that Ukraine “desperately needs this.”
Ukraine and the EU will mutually recognize and enforce court decisions
The EU Council has agreed to conclude an agreement with Ukraine on mutual recognition of foreign judgments in civil and commercial matters.
This is stated on the EU Council's website.
The parties agreed to establish treaty relations under the Hague Convention, which obliges member states to recognize and enforce judgments rendered in civil or commercial matters in other member states.
According to the statement, the EU member states consider that there are no fundamental obstacles, such as those related to the independence and efficiency of the judiciary, the fight against corruption or the observance of fundamental rights, which could prevent the EU from entering into treaty relations with Ukraine.
Ukraine is preparing to exchange prisoners of war 'all for all'
Negotiations on the exchange of prisoners of war in the 'all-for-all' format are ongoing, and Ukraine is “getting closer to it.” The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate Kyrylo Budanov said this in an interview with RBC Ukraine.
“Yes, we are basically getting there. Again, let's look at the numbers. This is an unprecedented case in world history. No one has ever done anything like this. All exchanges take place after the end of hostilities and not during them,” the intelligence chief explained.
