Putin's next date to seize Donbas will be destroyed thanks to the Ukrainian Armed Forces

Ukrainian intelligence expects February and March to be months of very active hostilities at the front line. The intensity of fighting in the eastern part of the country, which Ukrainian intelligence is currently observing in Donbas, is just an attempt to implement the Russian leader's plans to seize Ukraine.

"Putin's task is to capture Donbas by March. He won’t succeed. These dates have been postponed many times," said Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.

Lithuanians raise EUR 1 million for radars for the Ukrainian Armed Forces in an hour

In three days, Lithuanians raised the necessary EUR 5 million to purchase radars for Ukrainian defenders. In 1 hour, volunteers in Lithuania raised a million euros, and a Lithuanian IT company doubled the raised sum.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces will receive long-range missiles with GPS guidance from the US

The new US aid package is to include GLSDB "smart missiles" with a range of up to 150 km with GPS guidance, but according to American journalists, the Ukrainian Armed Forces will receive them no earlier than fall. Journalists write that, like other equipment provided by the US and its allies, it will not be deployed in Ukraine in the near future.

EU unveils "fundamental conditions" for Ukraine's membership

President of the European Council Charles Michel arrived in Kyiv on Friday, February 3, for the Ukraine-EU summit. He said that reforming the judiciary and fighting corruption are among the "fundamental conditions" for Ukraine's accession to the EU. Over the next few months, the European Commission will present reports that will tell Ukraine what additional steps it needs to take on its way to the EU.

Following the EU-Ukraine summit, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that for the first time, a joint statement included the intention to start accession talks.

A Russian aircraft and 840 soldiers eliminated in a day

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia has lost 129,800 soldiers, 294 aircraft, 3,215 tanks and 1,952 drones. In one day, Russia lost 840 soldiers, a jet and 4 tanks in Ukraine. In particular, the Ukrainian National Guard destroyed another Russian Su-25 attack aircraft in the Donetsk region, near Bakhmut.

The quality of Russian disinformation campaign against Ukraine has deteriorated significantly

The quality of Russian fake news about Ukraine is getting worse and worse, but the number of fakes remains high. Russians cut up old videos from other cities, edit them and pass them off as new ones, showing that there are allegedly riots in Ukraine and that people are getting conscripted massively.
