US seeks to change war dynamics in Ukraine with new aid package - US Department of State
The United States seeks to change the current war dynamics in Ukraine by providing assistance to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, particularly Bradley infantry fighting vehicles
This was stated by the representative of the US Department of State Ned Price during a video briefing, RBC-Ukraine reports.
He noted that the Ukrainian military have demonstrated resilience, which is one of the dynamics of the war.
The broader dynamic is that there are thousands of Russian troops on Ukrainian territory and in this situation America wants to help Ukraine change the state of affairs, Price said.
"So that is a dynamic, of course, that we would seek to change the provisions of this additional security assistance," Price said, adding that Washington will provide armored personnel carriers and air defense systems to Ukraine.
