US says it will hold Russia accountable for missile strikes on civilians in Ukraine
The United States called the Russian missile strikes on Uman, Dnipro and Kyiv regions another example of disregard for the lives of civilians in Ukraine
US State Department Deputy Spokesperson Vedant Patel stated this at a press briefing.
"This is another example in a long line of examples of Russia's brazen disregard of Ukrainian civilians and Ukrainian life," deputy spokesman said.
Patel emphasized that the United States would continue to support Ukraine and help bring Russia to justice.
"The United States is going to continue to do what it can to support our Ukrainian partners, continue to do what we can to hold the Russian Federation accountable as well," Vedant Patel stated.
