The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights has sent a field team to investigate the Russian strike on the village of Hroza, Kharkiv region, which killed at least 52 people
This was stated by OHCHR spokesperson Elizabeth Throssell, CNN reports.
"UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk, who saw for himself the horrific impact of such strikes, is profoundly shocked and condemns this killing," she said.
According to her, the attack emphasizes that Ukrainian civilians are "once again" paying the "terrible price" of Russia's invasion.
- On October 5, the Russian army attacked a cafe in the village of Hroza, Kupyansk district, Kharkiv region, killing 51 people.
