UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has condemned the Russian missile attack on Vinnytsia on July 14.

The UN Secretary General made a statement issued by a press service.
"The Secretary-General condemns any attacks against civilians or civilian infrastructure and reiterates his call for accountability for such violations," the statement said.
As the press service of the UN Secretary General emphasizes, cruise missiles fired from a Russian submarine in the Black Sea hit civilian areas of Vinnytsia, including an office block and residential buildings.
