Ukrainian troops seize 10 Russian positions in northern, southern Bakhmut

Ukraine's Deputy Defense Minister Hanna Maliar said this. 

“We continue to move forward in the Bakhmut direction and in the suburbs. Our troops captured more than ten enemy positions in the north and south of Bakhmut's outskirts and cleared a large area of forest in the area of Ivanivske,” Maliar said. 

The Deputy Defense Minister also said that the Ukrainian Defense Forces captured enemy soldiers from different units.

“Against all odds. When the unbelievable is possible. Anyone who knows the real situation and is there now understands the urgency of the situation. This is when 1 meter is worth 10 kilometers in terms of the complexity of the task. Our people are acting on the verge of superhuman capabilities. • On May 13, UK intelligence confirmed that units of the 72nd Detached Motorized Rifle Brigade of the Russian Federation had chaotically withdrawn from their positions on the southern flank of the Bakhmut direction.

• Oleksandr Syrskyi said that the Ukrainian military is continuing its defense operation in the Bakhmut direction and is moving forward in some areas of the frontline.
