Ukrainian troops continue their offensive, advance in Bakhmut, Zaporizhzhia directions
Ukrainian defense forces advance at the front and have achieved partial success. Over the past day, Ukrainian troops advanced in the Bakhmut and Zaporizhzhia sectors
Ukraine's Deputy Defense Minister Hanna Maliar reported this.
Over the past day, the Defense Forces advanced by 200-500 meters in the Bakhmut sector and 300 to 350 meters in the Zaporizhzhia sector.
“Our troops are moving in the midst of extremely fierce fighting, air and artillery superiority of the enemy,” noted Maliar.
She also added that the Russian troops suffer losses in manpower, equipment and weapons. According to Maliar, the enemy lost:

artillery battery of self-propelled guns;

2 electronic warfare systems;

concentration of motor vehicles (up to 10 units);

radar complex for reconnaissance and fire control;

several SAMS.
Earlier, Andriy Kovaliov, an AFU Genetal Staff’s representative, said that over the past three days, Ukrainian troops have liberated more than 3 square kilometers of territory.
Fierce fighting continues in Makarivka, Novodanylivka, and Novopokrovka districts in the Berdyansk area.
In the past three days, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have made progress in specific areas, gaining between 200 meters and 1 kilometer and 400 meters. As a result, approximately 3 square kilometers of territory have been liberated by the Ukrainian military.

As of June 12, the Ukrainian Defense Forces made progress of 250 to 700 meters on the sides towards Bakhmut, thereby advancing against the enemy.

The following day, the Ministry of Defense announced that the Armed Forces were advancing in the directions of Bakhmut, Toretsk, and Berdyansk.

On the morning of June 14, the General Staff of the Armed Forces reported that the enemy was still engaged in defensive operations in the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions. They conducted an airstrike in the area of Mala Tokmachka in the Zaporizhzhia region. They also shelled multiple settlements in the Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.
