UK sends Ukraine pumps capable of removing 1750 liters of water per second
Pumps capable of pumping 1,750 liters of water per second have been sent from the UK to the regions of Ukraine flooded by the Kakhovka HPP explosion
The British Environment Agency donated three powerful pumps, as well as six mobile pumps and nine miles of temporary flood barriers, Sky News reports.
Previously, 19 rescue boats and 2,000 items, including life jackets and helmets, have been sent, the media notes.
The UK also donated 16 million pounds for humanitarian aid after the Russians blew up the Kakhovka HPP.
Later this month, the Ukraine Recovery Conference will be held in London to develop a plan focused on the country's post-war future.

On June 9, the State Emergency Service reported that Poland, Estonia, and Germany had donated fire and rescue equipment and all-terrain vehicles, a special vehicle, a refrigerator, generators, fuel tanks, and workwear to Ukraine. Humanitarian aid was also sent from Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Finland, Austria, Denmark, Poland, France, and Norway.

As of June 15, 44 settlements remain flooded in Kherson region, and the water level in Mykolaiv region has dropped by 8 cm.
