This was stated by a representative of the UK Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Reuters writes.
"Russia has no moral right to participate in the G20 summit while its aggression in Ukraine continues", the representative said.
"We welcome Indonesia's efforts to ensure consideration of the consequences of the war with Russia at the G20 meetings, as well as signs that Ukraine can be represented by President Zelenskyy at the G20 leaders' summit", the ministry added.
Earlier, the White House said that Zelenskyy should take part in the G20 summit in Bali if Putin comes there.
