The former Russian president wrote this on his Telegram channel.
"Given the seemingly meaningless chatter around the creation of nuclear weapons by 'Bandera's Ukraine,' there is only one sad conclusion: the Nazi regime is trying to create a 'dirty bomb,'" Medvedev writes.
According to the terrorists' representative, Ukraine allegedly has the raw materials, technology, and specialists to create a "dirty bomb." And any Soviet-era laboratory would allegedly be suitable for making a low-yield charge.
In October 2022, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu called NATO countries and accused Ukraine of preparing provocations with a 'dirty bomb.'
