Realizing that he is losing makes Putin hysterical - Russian oppositionist Feygin
Russian opposition politician Mark Feygin noted that the concept of Ukraine's victory implies the elimination of the threat from imperial Moscow
He said this on the air of the Espreso TV channel.
"Moscow has finally realized that no one is going to seek compromises to prevent Ukraine from disappearing, losing its sovereignty and territorial integrity. No, they want to win. And winning is a multidimensional concept. It implies not only returning to the 1991 borders but also eliminating the threat posed by imperial Moscow to its neighbors. This implies that the war will inevitably spill over into Russia itself. This is because a defeat in the war for the Putin regime, which is both personal and collective, will have far-reaching consequences," Feygin emphasized.
The Russian opposition member claims that realizing Russia's defeat causes a hysterical reaction among propagandists.
"The propagandists are the expressors of these sentiments, of course, they have such a public mission. But this is also a consequence of the hysteria that is happening in the Kremlin itself, which comes from Putin. Putin's recent statements have suggested that Russian soldiers should conduct a "special operation" to deal with threats emanating from lands that historically belonged to Russia. The point is that everything that is in the Kremlin's interests is a long-standing, historically justified claim to its own lands. They are allegedly a threat," Feygin added.
