Ukrainian Defense Forces strike drone storage facility in Russia’s Oryol
On December 26, the Ukrainian Air Force, along with other servicemen of the Defense Forces, struck a fortified Russian military facility in the Oryol region

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported the information.
It is noted that as a result of the strike, a storage, maintenance, and repair facility for Shahed 'kamikaze' drones, consisting of several concrete reinforced structures, was destroyed.
The General Staff adds that this military operation significantly reduced Russia's potential to carry out airstrikes with UAVs on Ukraine's civilian infrastructure.
"The Armed Forces of Ukraine have detailed information about Russian military facilities. The work of identifying and striking targets on the territory of the aggressor will continue," the military emphasized.
- On December 22, Russian authorities reported a drone attack on the Oryol region, causing a fire at an oil depot in Stalnoi Kon village.
