The head of the region, Andrey Klychkov, announced the attack on Telegram, saying, "The Oryol region is currently facing another large-scale drone attack, which has led to a fire at a fuel facility in Stalnoi Kon. Please stay calm, as the attack is still ongoing. There is no information on casualties or injuries at this time."
Local media reported that residents of Oryol heard several loud explosions during the night, followed by bright flashes near the oil depot.
- An explosion occurred near the Russian Northern Fleet base in Murmansk, where Zircon missiles are tested. The site also houses command centers and ammunition depots.
