"The head of the Human Rights Council proposed to increase the conscription age of naturalized Russian citizens to 45-50 years (now, if they are over 27 years old, they are not subject to conscription)," the message reads.
This Human Rights Council under the Russian President reports directly to the administration of Vladimir Putin.
