This is completely objective, because he did not go through the trenches, schools, academies. That’s why he cannot be popular in the army in any way. He is, so to speak, a plywood marshal" - Fagin says.
"Shoigu is neither a military man, nor a Russian, and a person who cannot be justified. The fairy tale about the talented manager Shoigu was invented. Getting rid of Shoigu is not a problem. Of course, Shoigu will not be removed now, but after some time he and, perhaps, Gerasimov will be removed by blaming for the defeat, Feigin said.
