Putin will blame Shoigu for defeat - Feigin

This is completely objective, because he did not go through the trenches, schools, academies. That’s why he cannot be popular in the army in any way. "Shoigu is neither a military man, nor a Russian, and a person who cannot be justified. The fairy tale about the talented manager Shoigu was invented. Getting rid of Shoigu is not a problem. Of course, Shoigu will not be removed now, but after some time he and, perhaps, Gerasimov will be removed by blaming for the defeat, Feigin said.
