Russia has lost over 450,000 troops in Ukraine since its full-scale invasion

This was reported by the Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff on April 10.

The total combat losses of the Russian Federation from 02/24/22 to 04/10/24 are estimated to be:

General Staff's report: Ukraine's Defense Forces repelled Russian attacks in 7 directions, mostly in Bakhmut and Novopavlivka

The operational situation in the northern Ukrainian border remains unchanged.

Russian army maintains a military presence in the area of the northeastern Ukrainian border, conducts subversive activities to prevent the deployment of Ukrainian troops to threatened areas, and increases the density of minefields along the state border.

In the Kupyansk direction, the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled three Russian attacks near the settlements of Kyslivka, Ivanivka in Kharkiv region and Andriivka in Luhansk region.

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers rebuffed 3 hostile attacks near Terny, Donetsk region, where the Russian troops tried to break through the Ukrainian defense.

In the Bakhmut sector, Ukraine repelled 29 attacks near the towns of Bilohorivka in Luhansk region;and 7 more settlements in Donetsk region, where Russian tried to drive Ukrainian units out of their positions.

In the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian defenders repulsed 14 attacks in the areas of 3 localities in the Donetsk region.

In the Novopavlivka direction, Ukraine's defense forces are holding back their enemy in the areas of 5 settlements, where Russia's troops tried to break through the Ukrainian defense 28 times.

In the Orikhiv direction, the Russian army attacked the Ukrainian positions 5 times near Staromayorske in Donetsk region and Robotyne in Zaporizhzhia.

In the Kherson direction, the occupation forces did not abandon their intention to drive Ukrainian units from their footholds on the left bank of the Dnipro River. Thus, over the past day, it unsuccessfully attacked the positions of Ukrainian troops.

Russian army launches 11 missile and 108 air strikes on the territory of Ukraine

Over the past day, 83 combat clashes took place on the front.

In total, Russia launched 11 missile and 108 air strikes, fired 149 times from multiple launch rocket systems at the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas.

At night, the Russian occupation forces once again attacked Ukraine using 17 Shahed UAVs. The Ukrainian air defense forces destroyed 14 of these attack drones.

Over the past day, 6 settlements in Kharkiv region; 2 in Luhansk region; 23 in Donetsk region; 1 in Zaporizhzhia region and 1 in Kherson region were subjected to air strikes.

More than 110 settlements in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions were under artillery fire.

Ukrainian Defense Forces hit the area of Russian personnel concentration and 3 air defense systems

Over the past day, the aviation of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck 15 areas of personnel, weapons and military equipment concentration, as well as 2 Russian air defense systems.

The missile units struck the area of personnel concentration and 3 Russia's air defense systems.
