Russia targets Ukraine with missiles, hitting Dnipro rehabilitation center

At 5:19 a.m., Suspilne reported explosions in Dnipro city. A minute earlier, the Ukrainian Air Force had warned of a high-speed target heading toward the city.
At 7:15 a.m., explosions were heard in the city again, according to Suspilne.
The regional military administration stated that Russia had heavily attacked the region.
"Information about the consequences is being clarified. As of now, it is known that an industrial enterprise in Dnipro has been damaged. Additionally, two fires broke out in the city," the report said.
Authorities emphasized that the threat still persists.
At 8:27 a.m., Mayor Borys Filatov announced that a rehabilitation center for people with disabilities was damaged in the attack.
"The boiler house was destroyed, and windows were shattered. Information regarding casualties is being clarified," he added.
