Beijing supplies weapons to Moscow: how to explain it to Trump?
China supplies lethal weapons to Russia for the war against Ukraine, reports influential German publication FAZ. The European Union is considering sanctions against Beijing
China provides Russia with technological components for the production of drones.
These facts could become serious arguments for the new American administration, provided they are communicated correctly and effectively.
Trump sees China as a direct threat to the U.S., where Russia is a military ally. The "Kissinger-2" operation will not succeed, as there is no longer any proposal that could make China abandon its plans to dismantle the security monopoly of America and Europe and finalize the creation of a multipolar world order.
Therefore, Trump's main task will be to maintain the U.S. position, as Ukraine's defeat would jeopardize this, particularly after the withdrawal from Afghanistan.
The Ukrainian government has enough arguments for persuasion. The only question is who will deliver them in Washington. The new administration doesn't want to see Yermak, but Zelenskyy's office rejects these conditions and insists on his leadership in negotiations. Meanwhile, everything hinges on personal dynamics, and time, which is playing against Ukraine's interests, is running out.
