Ukraine no longer battles just Russia, World War III has started, Zaluzhnyi says
Valerii Zaluzhnyi, Ukraine's Ambassador to the UK and former Commander-in-Chief, believes that the direct involvement of Russia's autocratic allies in the war against Ukraine can be considered the beginning of World War III
He made this statement during his speech at the UP-100 Awards Ceremony, as reported by Ukrainska Pravda.
"I believe that in 2024, we can unequivocally say that World War III has begun. Because in 2024, Ukraine is no longer facing just Russia. Ukraine is facing soldiers from North Korea. Let’s be honest. In Ukraine, Iranian Shaheds are already openly and brazenly killing civilians. Missiles of North Korean origin are already being launched into Ukraine, and they openly admit this. Chinese shells are detonating in Ukraine, and Russian rockets are using Chinese components," Zaluzhnyi stated.
In his view, all these factors justify the claim that a world war has started, and the global community must prepare for it.
"What we have been waiting for so long has already begun. But I want to say that God himself is giving a chance—not only to Ukraine but to the entire world—to draw the right conclusions in time. It is still possible to stop this here, on the territory of Ukraine.
But for some reason, our partners fail to understand this. Clearly, Ukraine has too many enemies already. Ukraine will survive thanks to technology, but it is unclear whether it can win this battle alone. That’s why I believe that World War III—welcome—has begun," Valerii Zaluzhnyi added.
- During a rally in California, Donald Trump said that World War III is likely to begin within the next three to four months.
