Debelyi added that the city is still ready in case of new attacks.

"We have taken the example of Odessa - we are defending our monuments, in particular, we have covered the monument to Taras Shevchenko with sandbags. We will do the same with the monument to Independence, which stands on Constitution Square," he said.

The fighter also noted: "Kharkiv residents are starting to work actively in all spheres of life. People have lost a bit of panic, but they are attentive to dangerous places. In particular, areas like "Northern Saltivka", "Industrialna ", because the shelling does not subside there, but in other areas, you can work little by little, move around the city."
