Invaders fired at a car in the Kyiv region - two dead, four wounded
In the Kyiv region, the prosecutor's office began criminal proceedings on the fact of shelling a car by invaders, as a result of which two people were killed.
This was reported by the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
"Kyiv-Svyatoshynsky district prosecutor's office of the Kyiv region initiated criminal proceedings on the fact of the shooting of a civilian car with civilians (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)".
According to the investigation, on March 4, 2022, six people were traveling by car from the village of Vorzel, Bucha district, Kyiv region.
During the movement, they met a column of invaders' military equipment, marked with the letter "V", which opened fire on them from tank machine guns.
As a result of the shelling, two people were killed - a woman and a 17-year-old girl. Four more people received shrapnel wounds, among them girls 17 and 7 years old.
"The actions of the military of the aggressor country are qualified as a violation of the laws and customs of war", the prosecutor's office said.
