The Mariupol City Council reported this in Telegram.

"In Mariupol, a car of Russian invaders drives with a loudspeaker and announces that Zaporizhzhya no longer accepts refugees and that they need to go to russia, and that Odessa has already been taken. In addition, the russians in the village of Nikolske note that the only possibility of evacuation is by buses to Rostov and that Ukraine abandoned them to their will", the message says.

The disinformation campaign is aimed at disrupting the evacuation process and the mood of the residents remaining in the city against Ukraine, the City Council explained.

"All this is a deliberate disinformation of invaders in order not only to disrupt the evacuation process, but also to deliberately incite Mariupol residents against their own country", the City Council said.

They also emphasized that the evacuation in Zaporizhzhya continues, the removal of people from Nikolske is in the process, if it weren’t difficult.

"Ukraine does not abandon its people. A request to everyone - spread the truth. Write. Call your loved ones. We will do everything possible so that not a single Mariupol citizen remains a hostage in the clutches of the invader", the City Council emphasized.
