Heart of Invictus documentary series featuring Taira streams on Netflix
Netflix has released a documentary miniseries called Heart of Invictus, about stories of constant struggle. It included the story of paramedic Yulia Payevska, call sign "Taira".

The film tells the story of six participants in the 2022 Invictus Games in the Netherlands, an international initiative launched by Prince Harry to help military personnel affected by war recover through sports. The documentary shows their preparation for the competition, their struggle with post-traumatic stress disorder, their motivation and hope for a better life.
The miniseries consists of five episodes, each lasting about an hour. They are called: "Something Needs to Change, "Invisible Injuries", "One Step Forward, Three Steps Back", "Group Therapy" and "WWhere the Light Enters".
The series features veterans from the UK, the US, Ukraine, and Korea. One of them is paramedic and volunteer Yulia Payevska, who goes by the call sign Taira.
Since 2020, Taira has been a member of the Ukrainian Invictus Games team.
The documentary series Heart of Invictus was created in collaboration with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's production company Archewell Productions.
Prince Harry founded the Games in 2014. Oscar-winning director Orlando von Eisindel and producer Joanna Natasegara also worked on the series.
Prince Harry appears in the series as a mentor and friend to the participants. He talks about his own trauma, which he sustained while serving in Afghanistan, and his goal to help other veterans.
What is known about Taira
On June 17, 2022, volunteer and paramedic Yulia Payevska was released from captivity. She was captured in Mariupol on March 17.
The famous Yulia Payevska shared her memories of the three months she spent in captivity.
A well-known Ukrainian paramedic with the call sign Taira said that she never imagined that she would be taken prisoner.
The paramedic testified before the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe (US Helsinki Commission).

On December 5, 2022, Yulia Payevska, a volunteer, paramedic, and commander of the Angels of Taira unit, received the award for Humanitarian Service and Contribution to the Development of Regions.
Payevska was included in the top 100 most influential women of 2022, which included 8 Ukrainian women.
On April 28 this year, it became known that the Ministry of Defense had set up a working group headed by paramedic Yulia Payevska to address the problems of treating Ukrainian servicemen.
On June 5, the Ministry of Veterans announced the composition of the Ukrainian national team for the Invictus Games 2023 in Dusseldorf. Twenty-five veterans will represent our country at the Invictus Games. Taira will be among them.
In the summer of 2023, Taira and the founder of Luta Sprava, National Guard member Honcharuk, released the Ukie'z video "Don't Give Your Own to Darkness."
