January 6 attack on Pokrovsk district: 7 dead bodies identified, including 3-year-old child
Law enforcement officials have identified the bodies of seven people who died as a result of a Russian rocket attack on Pokrovsk district of Donetsk region. Among them is a 3-year-old child, identification continues
The Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.
"The police identified 7 dead in Pokrovsk and Rivne village. Investigators and forensic experts continue to examine the body fragments found at the sites of the January 6 rocket attack," the statement reads.
As of Wednesday, January 10, four of the victims in the village of Rivne have been identified. Russia killed a three-year-old girl, her father and mother, aged 32 and 30, and a 59-year-old grandmother. At the same time, the bodies of a 34-year-old man and two women, aged 37 and 39, were identified in Pokrovsk.
"Identification is ongoing. Police are establishing the identities of 4 more victims," the Interior Ministry added.

On January 6, the Russian troops attacked Pokrovsk district of Donetsk region with S-300 missiles. The attack killed 12 people, including 6 children. There are also 9 wounded.
