Criminal Code replaces Constitution in Russia
From now on, the Criminal Code, not the Constitution, becomes Russia's main law. This means responsibility, not rights and obligations
The legal system of Mordor is adjusted in such a way that de facto an ordinary citizen becomes a material and technical asset of the state. This obliges them to mindlessly follow all government instructions and orders:
At the first whistle, to take up a rifle, a shovel, or the state's unsustainable debts.
The Criminal Code will make sure that every Russian remains responsible to the state, otherwise they will automatically be sentenced to some article: 5 years for fake news, 25 years for dissent, or life for treason.
“The modern Russian Federation is galloping back to 1933, to the last century, when the leader and teacher Joseph Stalin reached the apogee of turning a person into a worthless element of the system.”
There are also bonus articles of the Criminal Code for calling for sanctions or cooperation with the International Criminal Court... the same one that issued a warrant to the bunker man to summon him to The Hague.
The modern Russian Federation is intensively galloping back to 1933, to the last century, when the leader and teacher Joseph Stalin reached the apogee in turning a person into a worthless element of the system. Not much remains to be done to fully recreate this era: introduce working days, industrial slavery, labor gulags, and collectivization.
