Budanov says he does not consider killing Russian citizens to be terrorism
The head of Ukraine’s military intelligence agency, Kyrylo Budanov, says he does not consider killing Russians to be terrorism
Budanov said this in an interview with Yahoo News.
"They’ve been trying to charge me with terrorism since 2016. But I want to begin by saying that the things they call ‘terrorism,’ we call liberation. And this began not because I went mad and started killing people in Moscow. It happened because they invaded our country back in 2014," Budanov said.
At the same time, he refused to answer questions about Ukraine's involvement in the murder of Russian propagandist Daria Dugina and the explosion on the Crimean bridge.
"Don’t continue with that topic. All I will comment on is that we’ve been killing Russians and we will keep killing Russians anywhere on the face of this world until the complete victory of Ukraine," Budanov replied.

On May 7, Kyrylo Budanov said that Wagner PMC was fighting more effectively than the regular Russian army, as mercenaries were much better trained.
