The document is published on the legal information portal.
The decree enters into force on January 1, 2023. It states that the number of servicemen in the armed forces will be 1 million 150 thousand 628, the rest - civilian personnel.
In November 2017, by his decree, the President of the Russian Federation established the number of Russian Armed Forces - 1 million 902 thousand 758 people. 1 million 13 thousand 628 of them are military personnel, the rest are civilian personnel.
