916 Russian artillery strikes hit Ukrainian troops' positions in Tavria direction

Commander Oleksandr Tarnavskyi shared the update.
"In the Tavria operational zone, the enemy conducted 7 airstrikes, engaged in 51 combat сlashes, and launched 916 artillery shells," he stated.
Despite these challenges, Ukrainian forces are resilient, holding their defensive positions and actively engaging in specified areas. Russian troops suffered significant losses, with 366 casualties reported.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces also eliminated 32 pieces of Russian military equipment, including 3 AFVs, 4 artillery systems, 18 UAVs, 3 vehicles, 3 units of special equipment, and 2 ammunition depots. Additionally, 18 Russian units of equipment sustained damage.

In the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian forces thwart Russia’s attempts to surround the area. Meanwhile, in the Kherson direction, despite substantial losses, Russia persists in dislodging Ukrainian units from their occupied positions.
