Explosions occurred on the Crimean bridge

In the morning of July 17, explosions were heard on the Crimean bridge, after which the occupation authorities declared an "emergency" and accused the Ukrainian military of the attack. Damage to the roadway was found on the spans.

Andriy Yusov, spokesman for the Main Intelligence Directorate, said that the intelligence does not comment on the causes of the events on the Crimean bridge: "Now the whole world is witnessing many kilometers of traffic jams and damaged bridge structures. As for additional comments on the reasons for this, we do not comment. We can only quote the words of the Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov that "the Crimean bridge is a redundant structure there."

The Ukrainian Security Service also responded to the events in Crimea: "Nightingale, my dear brother, the bridge has gone to sleep again. But once... twice! P.S.: The music is folk. The words are by the SBU."

Later, the SBU promised to make public all the details of the attack after the victory. "In the meantime, we are watching with interest how one of the symbols of Putin's regime has once again failed to withstand the military load," the special service added.
