The rotation of the Russian-occupation troops, to hide their defeat near Mykolaiv, is scheduled for March 17

This was announced by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitaliy Kim, Espresso.TV reports.

"In order to hide their defeat near Mykolaiv, the invaders want to make a planned rotation of their troops on March 17. They won't make it in time. We won't let it happen", Vitaliy Kim emphasized.

He also called on the Russian military to surrender so as not to be allowed to carry out a planned rotation.
