There is an instruction from Moscow not to give humanitarian corridors, so that later exhausted people can be offered evacuation to Russia - adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs
Vadym Denysenko noted that while the Russians are not succeeding in their plan, people do not agree to leave for Russia or Belarus
"Russia's tactics will torture peaceful people so that they agree at all costs to drink a sip of water", Denysenko said on the air of the Espresso.TV channel.
The Deputy Interior Minister added: “About 2,000 people were evacuated from Irpin today. In the Kyiv region, Bucha, Gostomel, Makarov, and neighboring villages will remain occupied. About 4,400 people remain under occupation. Apparently, there is a direct order from Moscow not to give humanitarian corridors so that people fall into a trap. There are many children and sick people. Russia is doing this in order to offer exhausted people later to be evacuated to Russia. Yesterday and today, militants have already offered civilians evacuation to Belarus and Russia. So far, this plan is a failure for Russians".
