Reznikov wrote about this on Facebook.

"Our soldiers are actively defending and conducting successful counterattacks in all directions," Reznikov said.

The head of the Ministry of Defense noted that the occupiers, having been defeated on the battlefield, are intensifying terrorist attacks on civilian facilities in Ukrainian cities.

"Relevant work will be carried out on all war criminals, none of them will hide," Reznikov stressed.

Reznikov called the situation in Mariupol very difficult.

The situation in Mariupol is very difficult. The enemy is holding the city hostage by organizing a real act of genocide. We are trying to secure humanitarian corridors. But it is extremely difficult - the Russians are bombing the city even during official talks. They have no dignity, no honor, or mercy. ", - wrote Reznikov.

The minister added that in the temporarily occupied territories of southern Ukraine, the Russians are trying to burn up the police infrastructure.

Reznikov also announced the early transfer of UAH 12.5 billion for the payment of additional remuneration during martial law to all categories of servicemen.

"Yesterday, a month earlier, UAH 12.5 billion was transferred to military units to pay additional wartime remuneration to all categories of servicemen, established under the Decrees of the President of Ukraine, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Volodymyr Zelensky. This is the first tranche in February-early March. After the systematization of combat orders, other tranches will follow. The financial support of combatants will amount to UAH 100,000 per month, not counting bonuses for destroyed equipment, etc. We make payments in advance because we want the military to feel protected. - wrote Reznikov.

In addition, the Minister announced the establishment of a system of defense procurement at the expense of the budget.

"According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 5, 2022, № 201" On Amendments to Item 1 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2022, № 169 "such purchases are not included in the annual procurement plan. We are constantly working on procurement, all is well. Reports on their results will be published in the electronic system after the cessation or abolition of martial law by the Decree. We focus on ensuring that deliveries are guaranteed and made on time. significant fuel reserves have been formed. We are currently refining our logistics, as many supply routes have changed, our troops are actively maneuvering. There will be some glitches, but everyone is charged with correcting them immediately," Reznikov wrote.

The Minister also thanked the people who support the army.

"I want to thank all the citizens, businesses that help provide the army. The soldiers feel this support, so they have a completely different motivation than the Russian invaders," Reznikov concluded.

We remind that earlier the Minister of Defense of Ukraine urged not to disseminate information on providing Ukraine with weapons earlier than official sources.
