The invaders spread propaganda, hide weapons in residential areas, suffer heavy losses, and do not rule out the possibility of involving Transnistrian troops in the war against Ukraine, and the Ukrainian military holds defense.

Ukrainian troops continue to defend themselves within certain operational zones.

Fighting continues in the North and North-West directions in the Polissya and Volyn operational districts, as well as along the border of Ukraine and in the settlements of Nizhyn, Ivanytsia, Trostyanets, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine defend Chernihiv.

The grouping of forces and means of defense of Kyiv repulses the enemy's offensive, inflicts fire damage on its offensive groups, and holds them within certain boundaries.

In the southern direction, the Armed Forces of Ukraine cover the border of Ukraine and the sea coast, protect and defend airfields and critical infrastructure.

In other areas, groups of troops are conducting a stabilization operation and performing territorial defense tasks.

The Air Force of Ukraine repels missile and bomb strikes and destroys the means of air attack of the invaders, provides air cover for important infrastructure facilities of Ukraine and its troops.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, due to numerous casualties, the enemy continues to conduct covert mobilization under the guise of training camps in the temporarily occupied Crimea, Krasnodar Krai and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and intensified the recruitment of volunteers for the war against Ukraine. In addition, the Russian Federation expels young men of conscription age from higher educational institutions to replenish the reserve of their army.

The Russians also do not rule out the possibility of using 800 soldiers of the unrecognized Transnistrian-Moldavian republic but their morale is low.

In the Chernihiv region, Russians are violating international humanitarian law and hiding weapons and military equipment in residential areas and agricultural facilities, using medical facilities to treat their wounded and disrupting cellular communications.

In the Kherson region, invaders changed into civilian clothes and advanced to Mykolaiv.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine notes that panic is spreading among the Russian military due to heavy losses in equipment and manpower.

"Trust only proven sources, do not panic and continue the total resistance," - the department urged.
