The head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration Oleksiy Kuleba reported about this in Telegram.

The head of the Kyiv region recorded a video message next to buses evacuating people. Explosions can be heard on the recording.

“The columns have already left, now the column is setting off for Bucha. I really hope everything will go well and we will take away all our people,” said Oleksiy Kuleba.

The official added the first column with the evacuated had already arrived in Bilgorodka.

Also the column from Vorzel arrived. There were children from the orphanage among the evacuated. They are being transported to the Kyiv children's hospital.

The mayor of Irpin Oleksandr Markushyn reported there are 2 active evacuation routes. The first one is a pedestrian path under the bridge. Also people can leave by buses for evacuation which will move along the humanitarian corridor.

The press service of Bucha city council reported the invaders are preventing the evacuation of people from the Bucha region. Particularly 50 buses turned out to be blocked by the Russian military in Stoyanka.

As at 5 pm, the buses in Bucha remain blocked. “It is impossible to evacuate the residents,” the Bucha city council reported. The evacuation from Vorzel is going on.

People drove both in their vehicles and by buses. An orphanage and several other social services were taken away. You saw in what condition people are now. We are currently waiting for the columns that have moved on, now another column should arrive, then another and another. Headquarters is deployed here, we will work here until everyone returns,” told Kuleba.

The humanitarian corridors should be open for several days in order to evacuate all people.

The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denys Monastyrskyi said this.

“The main problem is, of course, the evacuation of bedridden patients, today there is a positive dynamics with it. We hope in some days we will be able to evacuate everyone who needs our help,” told the minister.

Adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Anton Herashchenko posted in his Telegram a photo of the cars that had come under the fire during the evacuation.

In Kyiv the rescuers meet the buses with evacuated residents. At the railway station people are provided with the necessary psychological assistance and medical care.
