Russia hits Kupyansk center with guided aerial bomb, several people injured
On August 28, Russian forces attacked the center of Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region
Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, reported that the central part of Kupyansk was hit by a guided aerial bomb. As of 16:44 p.m., three people are known to be injured, and medics are providing all necessary assistance. The city administration building was also damaged.
Suspilne Kharkiv reached out to Andrii Besedin, the head of the Kupyansk City Military Administration. Besedin reported significant destruction but confirmed that there were no fatalities. He noted that people were working inside the building, with only about ten minutes left in the workday when the attack occurred.
