Russian troops shell Kherson, injuring 9 people, including volunteer from Germany

Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, reported this.
“We have found out that 9 people were injured in Kherson. All the wounded are being treated by doctors. Among the wounded are two employees of the State Emergency Service, a policeman, a doctor and a volunteer from Germany,” the statement says.
Earlier, the Ministry of Internal Affairs denied the statement of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, which reported one death.
“Kherson. Eight people were injured in the shelling. There is no information about the dead, and the injured are being provided with medical aid,” the statement says.
Earlier, Ukraine's Ministry of Internal Affairs reported three wounded in the shelling of Kherson. The ministry notes that the enemy is hitting the places of evacuation.
“At least three victims are now known: a civilian woman, a police officer, and a rescuer. All are being provided with the necessary assistance,” the statement says.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs reports that the shelling began right during the evacuation of citizens.
“Russia has left people in trouble in the occupied part of Kherson region. And it continues to prevent Ukraine from saving the most valuable thing - human lives,” the ministry added.
The first to report the shelling was the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
“Russians are shelling Kherson. They are shelling the riverside areas and the central part of the city,” he said in a statement.
The Graty publication reports that Russian troops shelled the city during the evacuation of residents of flooded areas.
