Russians have once again executed Ukrainian prisoners of war
Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, has appealed to the UN and the International Committee of the Red Cross regarding a new case of Russian military forces executing Ukrainian prisoners of war

He wrote about it on social media. Lubinets shared that he saw a video on social media showing the probable execution of Ukrainian prisoners of war on the Kursk front. According to one of the Ukrainian soldiers, these are soldiers from the 82nd Brigade. The footage shows a Russian occupier deliberately shooting a Ukrainian prisoner of war in the head.
“The execution of Ukrainian prisoners of war is yet another proof of the inhuman cruelty of the Russian army. The video circulating on social media clearly shows the deliberate murder of defenseless Ukrainian soldiers. This is a gross violation of the Geneva Convention and all norms of international humanitarian law,” Lubinets pointed out.
He also added that he had already appealed to the UN and the International Committee of the Red Cross regarding this incident.
