This was reported by the Ukrainian Parliament's Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets.
"Another cynical crime. Russian military channels are posting videos of the possible execution of Ukrainian servicemen who were captured by the Russians," the post reads.
According to the ombudsman, the video features repeated orders for Russian soldiers to shoot the prisoners of war.
"This underscores that executions are part of Russia's deliberate policy," Lubinets added.
He also stated that he has already sent letters to the UN and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
- More than 150 Ukrainian soldiers may be held captive in Chechnya. No specific proposals for their exchange have been received by Kyiv.
