Russian occupiers illegally take 50 Ukrainian children from Luhansk region to Dagestan
Russian occupiers have taken another 50 unaccompanied Ukrainian children from Luhansk to Dagestan. They were allegedly sent to a health centre
This was reported by the National Resistance Center.
"Children from the Luhansk region, without parents, were taken to the republican center "Solnechny Bereg" located in Dagestan under the pretext of rehabilitation. The organizer of the kidnapping is the "Women's Movement of United Russia", i.e. representatives of Vladimir Putin's party," the statement reads.
The NRC noted that in such camps, children are subjected to ideological processing, imposing on them the Kremlin's vision of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Often, young Ukrainians are not returned home, but wait for their parents to come for them.
"That is, children become hostages in order to lure their parents out and leave them in the Russian Federation, because the family is no longer allowed back," the NRC summarized.
- On April 27, PACE recognized the deportation of Ukrainians as genocide.
