Ukrainian resistance names occupied territories where humanitarian crisis worsens
The humanitarian crisis in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine is escalating. The most problematic are the economic and social spheres in the Donetsk region

The worst situation is recorded in Horlivka and Novotroitsk districts of Donetsk region.There is a high level of unemployment there, which is why a significant part of the economically active population has left the occupied territories, been deported or forcibly mobilized into the Russian Armed Forces.
There is a critical shortage of medicines and the lack of access to essential goods. Constant interruptions in electricity and gas supply. It is especially difficult for the elderly and minor children who have not been able to leave the temporarily occupied areas due to terrorist threats from Russian occupation forces.
- On February 13, it was reported that in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia region, Russian forces were holding meetings with local farmers and demanding that they register their businesses under Russian law.
- On February 14, it was reported that after the so-called presidential elections in Russia, Russian occupation forces plan to take Ukrainian local population out of the occupied territories and bring in "ethnic Russians" to further complicate reintegration.
- On February 14, media reported that Russian police officers, on the instructions of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, were agitating Ukrainian graduates in the temporarily occupied territories to enter Russian military universities.
