Russia implements concept of strategic uncertainty with Kinzhal attacks - expert Kyrychevskyi
Defence Express military expert Ivan Kyrychevskyi said that Russian MiG-31Ks with hypersonic Kinzhal missiles are instruments of strategic uncertainty. He urged not to ignore the alarms that signal the take-offs of these aircraft and to prepare for possible consequences
He spoke about this on Espreso TV.
"Unfortunately, this is something new from the Moscow occupying forces. The first conclusion that follows from this is, let's say, if someone suggests again: let's just zone the alarm during MiG-31K take-offs so as not to paralyse the life of the whole country - it's like using swear words at social events,” Kyrychevskyi said.
According to the expert, the so-called Russian military theorists have stated that for them, MiG-31Ks with Kinzhal should be instruments of strategic uncertainty.
"In fact, they have even implemented this concept of strategic uncertainty today, when it would seem that at first there were even two false alarms, and then two consecutive missile launches. Let's just say that we need to wait for all the data from the Air Force, because the scale of the damage may be greater," he commented on the explosions in Khmelnytsky.
The military expert stressed that the enemy had never practiced such massive take-offs of MiGs and launches of Kinzhal missiles before.
"Perhaps for the second or third time, the Russians were also firing Kinzhal at facilities in the west of our country. There were statements from the Air Force that there was a high-speed air target flying between Lutsk and Rivne. Unfortunately, we will have to deal with the fact that the Russians will constantly carry out such massive attacks," Kyriyhevskyi concluded.
- As a reminder, on the afternoon of December 14, the Russian forces fired Kh-47 Kinzhal missiles towards Starokostiantyniv, Khmelnytsky region. There were explosions there, as well as in Kyiv and Zhytomyr region.
