The Center for Strategic Communications reports.
Kremlin propagandists are writing about the alleged Reznikov v. Ukraine trial in the ECHR regarding the torture of Russian prisoner of war Denis Reznikov. This is reported with reference to the statement of 'human rights activist' Irina Vikhoreva.
"The truth: the website of the European Court of Human Rights does not contain any mention of 'Denis Reznikov'. In addition, in the document cited by Russian propagandists, Reznikov strangely turned into a 'woman', while other ECHR documents indicate the gender according to the rules of transliteration," the Center reports.
Moreover, it emphasizes that the circulated 'document' is a fake, made by propagandists with the help of graphic editors.
- On May 24, it became known that Russian propagandists were spreading fake information that Zelenskyy had allegedly refused to return hundreds of captured soldiers to Ukraine.
